Renault Abu Dhabi Is Top Company Dealership In The World

Al Masaood Automobiles Renault received the distinction of being the top-performing Renault dealership in the world for 2019. The Abu Dhabi-based showroom registered 40 percent sales growth year-on-year in 2019, edging out other Renault dealerships in the UAE and the world.

Renault had initiated a re-formulated marketing strategy focused on local retail and fleet customers across the UAE. Renault Abu Dhabi’s sales and aftersales staff also displayed strong commitment and drive in pulling new customer demographic to the brand. The teams also aimed at sustaining business through diverse offerings and value-added services.

Renault Abu Dhabi devised interactive campaigns and promotions to enter new customer segments. The French carmaker also expanded its portfolio, maximising exposure via digital channels. The company also inaugurated the ‘R-Store’, a high-tech facility showcasing Renault’s lofty standards and best practices. These efforts resulted in a surge in domestic sales and a customer base becoming more diverse compared to previous years.
